In this class we will be reading Book 2 of the Wings of Fire series: The Lost Heir by Tui T. Sutherland. For each weekly class over the course of 6 weeks, students will be assigned 4-6 chapters to read prior to each class. In class we will discuss the events and our thoughts over the assigned chapters. Our discussions will be guided by pre-selected discussion questions and all students will be given many opportunities to participate with their peers throughout each lesson. Although each class...
Students will be able to comprehend the contents of each week's assigned chapters and they will be able to analyze and discuss the week's chapters with their peers.
Each week students will be assigned 4-6 chapters (about 50 pages) to read individually prior to coming to class. This reading outside of class will take about 1-2 hours per week (or 15-20 minutes per day).
