This class will focus on the beauty found in our natural environment. Students will observe, draw, paint, then write poetry about wild flowers. I hope this class encourages learners to travel and get outside in nature.

Class experience

This class is taught in English.
Students will be shown a map of the regions where the teacher's wildflower photographs were taken.
Students will learn how to write cinquain and diamante style poetry.
Students will draw and paint a field of red poppies and a detailed wildflower in Georgia O'Keeffe style.
The teacher has a master's degree in Integrating Arts into the Curriculum and loves having a platform like Outschool to teach what she loves to enthusiastic students.
