Welcome to the concept of Ubuntu, a beautiful African Philosophy, supporting the importance of the individual to the whole, and the whole to the individual! Firstly we will learn a little bit about Africa, and the time period that popularized the concept of Ubuntu (South African Apartheid). Next we will learn about the concept of Ubuntu, and listen to traditional stories explaining how it works. After that we will have a discussion, about what we need to do to live Ubuntu, e.g. kindness,...
Students will improve their knowledge and understanding of African History and Culture, they will also be able to deepen their Critical Thinking Skills, and gain new wisdom on how to be a great person!
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
