Welcome to Who's That Pokemon: The Master Challenge! This is a trivia game where learners will be shown a Pokemon's silhouette and will have 30 seconds to guess the name of the Pokemon and write its name in the chat. Correct answers will be given points; spelling does not count. The 30 second time limit is to discourage the use of any outside resources such as the internet, cards or Pokemon books in order to really test memory. This is the Master's Challenge so what about it makes it "master" you might ask? Well, all 893 Pokemon are up for game. Any of 893 Pokemon in existence is fair game and might be quizzed on. It is completely random. So how well do you actually know Pokemon? You'll find out in this class! There will be a link posted for everyone to study every single Pokemon in existence to get ready for the Master's Challenge. I wish all learners good luck! Note: This class is for learners who are advanced in the knowledge of identifying Pokemon or looking for a challenge to see how much they remember. You can take this class more than once! Different Pokemon have the possibility of showing up! Learners will be able to improve memory and might develop study skills if they really study for the class!

Teacher expertise and credentials
Hi! My name is Travis Roberson. I have been a professional mathematics instructor and tutor for over a year and I am so excited to bring the joy of learning to outschool. I have volunteered with at-risk middle-schoolers for 4 years as well as that I have worked at a math learning center for over a year and a half. I am currently working toward my bachelor's degree in Secodnary Mathematics Education with an ESOL Endorsement. I will be teaching mathematics and Pokemon courses here on outschool. I am proficient in both Spanish and French. I studied Spanish and French for 3 years each. On my free time, I enjoy playing the flute and binging television shows. My main goal is to create a learning environment where students can learn to the best of their ability. Teaching should have passion, determination and be full of love.I will try my hardest to deliver instruction to your learner with those qualities in mind.
