Class Experience

Due to high demand & feedback, Mr. Chicka's second "around the world" class covers new countries, currencies, and cultures.
Students will be presented with an epic adventure of scavenger hunt of Disney clues so they can virtually travel the world (on their own, but as a team) and find clues to move to the next location. This will take place on Google Earth with Mr. Chicka as your navigator.
1. We take on a real-life experience (an actual activity) to set a baseline of the group's current knowledge.
2. We will cover countries, continents, currencies. Racing for answers...
3. We will cover the cultural nuances and trivia in some locations.
4. We will include flags, languages, famous landmarks, and some names of the airports
5. Gamification, laughter and a 'safe place to not know'.
This experience will test prior knowledge and their ability to be resourceful to find out more about the word we live in.
