Students will be able to recognize and use nouns, pronouns, verbs, adverbs, prepositions, adjectives, conjunctions, and interjections in their writings. We will go through the various parts of speech using examples on a Google Slides presentation as well as worksheets the students can work through online while in the class. Week one will focus on the differences between nouns, pronouns, and adjectives. Week two will study verbs and adverbs. Week three will concentrate on prepositions, conjunctions, and interjections.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to use the proper pronouns, nouns, verbs, adverbs, adjectives, injections, conjunctions, and prepositions in a sentence, for future writing, and how to choose the correct answer on tests.

Free worksheets on the classroom site will be offered for the student to print off or edit online.
External Resources
