What's on Your Mind? With Miss Hope
Class experience
In this class, the children will have a safe place to discuss what's on their minds. We will find a positive way to look at things and discuss tools that may be beneficial to their own needs. This is an open discussion that is ongoing. Children can join and just listen until they feel comfortable talking. It's nice to know that other children can validate their feelings.
To open up and express their feelings. They will also learn new tools to help with different emotions they may be experiencing.
I have worked with children with anxiety and raised a daughter who suffered from depression and anxiety. It takes patience and understanding and sometimes just listening without offering opinions.
