This class includes hands on activities that create a lasting understanding of what perspectives are and how to acknowledge your own while still seeing the validity of another’s. Students will also learn the “life cycle” concept which details how perspectives are built and outcomes in life’s experiences because of the created mindset. Lesson on perspective will be taught through creative group activities such as a color game where students choose colors to define various moods/circumstances and watch short soundless video clips and then discuss as a group the different interpretations. The “life cycle” concept will be taught with students being guided in creating their own cycle examples which include 1.Beliefs/attitudes 2.Conflict happens 3.Actions 4.Consequences.

Greetings! Im Teacher Ash'iz and it gives me great pleasure to offer poetry/writing classes, meditation techniques, conflict resolution & early English & Math classes. I have a total of 15 years teaching various topics & ages ranging from birth to 21. I have acquired a Child development Associate, Education Specialist Certification & I am a Certified Crystal Practitioner & Reiki Specialist (teaching meditation techniques & healing modalities) and lastly I am Executive Director/Founder of a nonprofit that teaches self awarness through poetry & spoken word.
