In this one time class we will learn: - The signs for as many foods as week can think of. - Signs for meal times and how to ask basic meal time and food questions. - Basic phrases around foods. -We will include vocabulary around manners such as "please", "thank you," "no thank you," etc. -How to ask about each others favorite foods and to tell others about our favorite foods. -Ordering food in a restaurant. -Time permitting, we will share with each other the ingredients of a favorite recipe.
Learning Goals
Students will be able to request foods, ask others about food and tell us what their favorite foods are. The also will be able to use appropriate meal time signs.
