Description
Class Experience
Students will learn to measure ingredients accurately. Students will learn to following a recipe and steps in the correct order. Students will learn kitchen techniques for cutting, slicing mixing, etc. Students will learn about pairing spices to complete a flavor profile
Recipes will be provided prior to each weekly class. Some classes may require special tools, such as a food processor, blender, mixer, etc..
55 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
Supervision recommended for using kitchen tools and oven
