Class Experience

This class is taught in English.
The ingredients needed are as follows: 1 lb. shaved beef, 1.5 c. rice, 3/4 c. sweet chili sauce, 3 tsp. sriracha, 4 c. broccoli florets, 1 bag shredded carrots, 1 TBSP. olive oil, 1/4 c. roasted, unsalted peanuts. This amount will serve 4. If your family is larger than 4 people or if they like large portions, buy double the ingredients. Leftovers heat well.
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
A hot burner on the stovetop will be used to cook a meal for the family. If the learner uses broccoli that is not precut, a knife will be used to chop the broccoli the appropriate size. Please use caution with the hot stovetop and knife.
