Class Experience
For this one-time class, each learner will prepare beef bowls for a family meal. We will cook together step by step. This meal is easy and fun to prepare and it tastes great. Your family will be amazed! The ingredients needed are as follows: 1 lb. shaved beef, 1.5 c. rice, 3/4 c. sweet chili sauce, 3 tsp. sriracha, 4 c. broccoli florets, 1 bag shredded carrots, 1 TBSP. olive oil, 1/4 c. roasted, unsalted peanuts. This amount will serve 4. If your family is larger than 4 people or if they like...
This class is taught in English.

1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
A hot burner on the stovetop will be used to cook a meal for the family. If the learner uses broccoli that is not precut, a knife will be used to chop the broccoli the appropriate size. Please use caution with the hot stovetop and knife.
