In this ongoing class, the learners will be given a different card from the "Whatchama Draw It" card game and be encouraged to draw and color a picture based on the card while socializing. #creative

Class Experience

  • The learners will learn to use the elements of art to draw and color pictures inspired by cards from the "Whatchama Draw It" game or by ideas that the members of the class come up with. Elements of art include using lines and shapes to create art as well as many other things. Art helps with improving creativity, improves fine motor skills, and reduces stress.
I have been an educator for 30+ years. During this time, I have taught all academic subjects as well as Art and STEAM to learners in grades K-5.

Details: The learners will be assessed informally throughout the lesson. They will also be assessed informally during the virtual art gallery at the end of the class.
