In this one-time social class, students will join together to learn and talk about our favorite things about cats. We will discuss cat ninja skills, silly cat quirks, impressive physical abilities, loveable behaviors, and funny stories!

I have two cats I absolutely adore, and I never get tired of talking about them with other cat lovers! In this one-time class, we will talk about our favorite things about cats! Students can bring their cat, a stuffed cat, or a picture of a cat and share their personal experience and knowledge of the most commonly adored behaviors and abilities of cats! We will share about the cutest and silliest cat sleeping positions and stretching positions. We will revel in the impressive ninja skills cat possess, and how they seem to materialize out of thin air and disappear again just as fast. Next we'll talk about the loveable ways cats show affection. Then we'll share the weirdest places cats will hide to sleep - those times when we think they somehow escaped the house - and then how long it takes to find them and the funny reactions cats have when they are discovered. We will also share all the incredible athletic and physical abilities of cats when they are in play mode or when they do the Zoomies! And to finish, students will each get to share their favorite cat story (short story).
Learning Goals
This is a social class where we focus on teacher led discussion to allow students to interact with each other and share personal knowledge and experience.
