In this One-time class we will listen to a variety of music focusing on the harmony and mood in music. During our “Harmony” class: We will assign a definition help us better understand what harmony is. We will listen to a variety of musical genres from different eras. We will build our musical vocabulary by using specific words to describe the harmony and mood in the music that we hear. We will discuss our opinions of musical excerpts and how the harmonies that we hear influence these...
Paper Pencil and eraser Pens, pencils, markers or crayons in a variety of colors.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
