Description

Class Experience

In  this one time class. I will give students helpful tips and practice with telling time. We will learn the names of the hands and how to tell time using a analog clock and a digital clock. We will work on telling time using many different clocks. The students will be able to master telling time and it would be a great supplemental class for a school age student. It would reinforce what is being taught in schools. the first 15 minutes would be instruction and then the last 15 minutes would...

1. The students will learn the terms hour and minute hand.
2. The students will learn how to tell time on a analog and digital clock.
3. The students will grasp a knowledge of how to tell time by looking at a clock.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

It would be beneficial to have a analog clock readily available for the student to visualizeb what is being taught.
