I have served as a counselor for three years, and I structured a month-long English curriculum around resume writing for my students. I have written or assisted in writing dozens of resumes and cover letters over the years for a variety of experiences and skill sets.
Assessments OfferedThere is no formal assessment for this class because it is an introduction to life skills. The class is small and personalized because the resume will be tapered to the student.
Students should have a method of note-taking, either a notebook or a blank word document on their computer.
We will pull job advertisements from the below websites: https://www.indeed.com/ https://www.ziprecruiter.com/
