We will be learning about the Periodic Table of Elements and how it organizes information about the elements. What is your favorite element or atom? Maybe it is oxygen or sodium or maybe it is gold? Students will become familiar with how to use the periodic table to quickly find information which is an essential skill in chemistry. We will be making a model of several different atoms. 40 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
