It is recommended that parents continue the learning after the class using the vocabulary and printouts that are provided.Class Experience
We will learn how to describe what is the weather like in French. We will touch on noun gender and how we feel in each type of weather. We will start by learning how to ask the question "what is the weather like today?" an how to begin to answer that. Then we will say the different types of weather and how it feels (ex: cold, hot, wet) and lastly we will sing a song about the weather that will help students remember the information we just learned. I encourage questions in my classes as I believe the best learning happens when we encourage the curiosity of the student.
Learning Goals
Students will become familiar with how to say what the weather is today. We will also look at noun gender and an introduction to temperature.
