Class Experience

In this Ongoing class, learners will join the class in a Minecraft creative world where we will work our way through all of the spawn eggs in the game, creating appropriate habitats for each animal as we learn about the virtual animal, and compare it to the real life animal. We will work together to build, explore and discuss the similarities of animals in Minecraft, to those in the real world.
Each meeting will have a few minutes for introductions, I will introduce the spawn egg for the meeting, and we will spend a few minutes discussing our building plans. We will cover topics ranging from teamwork, to proper animal husbandry in a virtual world. This is a social club, with topical discussions and interactive game play.

This class is hosted on Minecraft Bedrock Edition. Learners will need to own a copy of Minecraft Bedrock edition (Windows 10, Xbox One, Mobile, PS4, and Nintendo Switch) and have access to online play. Learners also need to have a basic working knowledge of how to use the platform and game.

This class is NOT compatible with Java Edition.
This class is NOT a Mojang Product.

IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING MINECRAFT MOBILE :

Minecraft is updating their requirements for mobile devices starting in October 2020. This means that some older mobile devices will no longer be supported in Realms. I am including a link to their article regarding which devices are affected. If you received an update that stated your device is no longer supported, your device is affected by this update. All classes happening before October 31st should be unaffected. Any class after October will require a device that meets Minecraft's newest requirements. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
