Class Experience

US Grade 9 - 12
In this 1-on-1 class, we will discuss the ways that students can prepare to attend law school after college in the United States. We will go over what college major someone interested in attending law school might choose. We will then discuss what law school is like: Which classes are mandatory? What extracurricular options are there? What opportunities are there for volunteering or internships? We will conclude by discussing what happens after law school. What are the different career tracks for lawyers?

This is a 1-on-1 class format, and I will focus on the specific issues the learner wants to address. The learner can participate verbally or in a chat with the teacher. No prior knowledge or experience is needed. In order to facilitate learning and maintain a classroom free of distraction, no filters will be permitted, no backgrounds may be used (except for blur), and no emojis may be used other than a raised hand. After learner verification, video can be on or off. Chat will be closed except for student/teacher messaging. Any questions from learners regarding the subject matter can be asked orally, or can be asked in the chat, but I will answer questions orally.
