Not only is EFT used in therapeutic sessions, but people use it on themselves all the time in their own home as a way to connect back to themselves, release fear and anxiety and balance their energy. I have taught many kids (including my own) how to do it on themselves so they can live more comfortably in their bodies.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
