Description
Class Experience
Students will understand the meaning of "decimal." Students will understand decimal place value. Students will be able to read and write decimals correctly. Students will be able to use decimals to represent real-world scenarios.
Students will have optional after-class activities to help deepen their understanding of the topic and give them more practice.
2 files available upon enrollmentStudents will need some type of writing materials to draw fraction models: colored pencils and paper or a dry-erase board and markers. Ability to print PDF's is helpful, but not necessary - a notes page and a practice page will be available to print if desired.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
