Description
Class Experience
Students will be able to define the word adaptation. Students will be able to identify how animals use their teeth adaptations to catch prey. Students will be able to identify how animals use their teeth adaptations to protect themselves. Students will make connections to their life by describing how humans mimic animal adaptations to solve a problem.
Please have your child bring a small stuffed animal to class! Optional: The book, What if you had Animal Teeth!?, written by Sandra Markle and illustrated by Howard McWilliam $3.99 on Amazon.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
25 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
