Class Experience

 2 files available upon enrollment
The ingredient supply list and written recipe are available upon course enrollment (:
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
2 hours per week in class, and no time outside of class.
This course is open to all learners! However, learners will be using a few different cooking techniques in this class, including sautéing, boiling, and shallow frying. For safety purposes, parent supervision is highly recommended. 

Allergen information: The recipe for this course is dairy-free, vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free! The recipe does contain considerable quantities of onion and garlic. If gluten and dairy are not allergy concerns, feel free to let me know! This recipe is easily customizable and can be also be made with regular butter and wheat flour. Message me before class so I can provide you with a list of appropriate substitutes.
