In this one time class early learners will learn about healthy emotional responses to everyday situations.
Class experience
This class is a one time early learning social skills class. It will be taught in an interactive story time format. This class will cover healthy ways of dealing with “frustrations “ and hard emotions. During class I will use a story book that I have developed to introduce situations that may be challenging to young people and introduce some healthy ways of dealing with the emotional stress that these situations may cause.
