Class Experience

Individualized tutoring support that is practical and effective. If you don't see a time listed that works for you, please reach out and request a time that fits your schedule. I try to be as flexible and accommodating as possible to my students' schedules, and am sometimes available last minute.

NOTE: This is an ONGOING weekly tutoring session, perfect for the student who wants to have the same time slot each week.

Students will more fully understand whatever concept(s) in math that we cover. They will learn useful tools to tackle similar problems outside of our sessions.

As a private tutor in New York City for over 15 years, my expertise is working one-on-one with students. Using multiple intelligences, I work to identify a student's way of learning. I create individualized strategies that are targeted to support each student in whatever topic is being tackled.

I do not assign homework. However, I may encourage a student to practice what we have covered, or suggest specific resources or websites that will support their further learning outside of our sessions.

Bring any math work you may need support on - your homework, a test you just took, sample tests, or just a few sheets of blank paper and your questions.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
