Students will begin to understand the roles that mushrooms can play in our ecosystems and become interested in seeing how we can create solutions for modern problems with them.
I started and ran a mushroom farm for over 4 years. In that time we were spoke at local, regional and national conferences. I have since moved on from the business, but educating people about mushrooms has always been the passion. I am excited to bring my hands on experience to my students.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
We will be talking a little about death and sickness from eating the wrong mushrooms, but it will not be a major part of the course.
