Description

Class Experience

During this live, one-time class, learners will read a story about being Thankful and create a Turkey Craftivity. 

We will begin with introductions stating where we live and how old we are. We will review our craftivity supplies needed and begin reading our story "The Thankful Book" by Todd Parr.  As we read our story, we will talk to one-another about how we relate to the thoughts in the book. 

Following our story, we will complete our Thankful Turkey Craft! We will write the things we are...

2 - 3 printouts, scissors, crayons/markers/colored pencils, gluestick, and pencil.

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

When using scissors, I ask that a parent be present for our younger learners.
