Have you ever seen a beautiful sunset? The colors can be amazing. In this one time class, learners will paint a sunset and then add a silhouette. After introductions we will review how to take turns in the ZOOM classroom. The list of materials will be gone over to make sure everyone is ready for the project. Real pictures of sunsets will be shown and learners will share their experiences of seeing sunsets. Using several colors, learners will paint a sunset to cover their whole paper. Then a silhouette will be outlined and cut out to glue on the bottom of the sunset painting. Details on the silhouette will be added by using a black marker. At the end of class, learners will be encouraged to share their painting and say what they like about it.
