Here are a few ways you can help: Engage in Conversations: Talk to your child about the topics covered in class. Ask them what they learned and how they plan to apply it in their daily life. Encourage Practice: Suggest they practice the coping strategies and communication skills at home or in their social interactions. This will help reinforce their learning. Create a Supportive Environment: Foster an open and understanding atmosphere at home where your child feels comfortable expressing their emotions and discussing challenges. Reflect Together: Encourage your child to reflect on their experiences and feelings regularly. This can help them develop greater emotional awareness and resilience. Be a Role Model: Demonstrate healthy emotional practices and coping strategies in your own life. Your example can inspire your child to adopt similar habits.
