This class will introduce the Weirdcore aesthetic and provide vocabulary and hands on practice in creating a digital artwork in the Weirdcore method.

Description
Class Experience
This class is taught in English.
Students will learn: To discover a contemporary art movement. To learn about new Iconography with which to make art. To explore art history. To expand our vocabulary in Art. To create a Weird Core art piece using Power Point Presentation. To use new Materials to make art.
Ms. Campeau has extensive Digital Media teaching experience both in the Public School System and with the Royal Conservatory. She has an AP Art teaching Certificate and has taught in China for 4 years. She is currently teaching in Atlantic Canada.
Students will not be given homework but will be inspired to create their own Weirdcore images because it is easy and fun once the basic concepts have been grasped!
