Description
Class Experience
I have taught elementary education for 16 years in the public school setting for grades 1-3. I have a strong background in reading and love using reading to teach across other content areas. It is my goal and desire to show every child that reading can be fun and that it can cover a variety of interests and that we can learn many things while reading.
Before each class students will be asked to write down in the class discussion what they learned/remembered from the previous class. -This is optional but highly encouraged.
No materials are needed for this class.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
