In this exciting class, we will discover many rare and unique animals from all over the world. During this class, the animals' photos will be shown as interesting facts will be taught and discussed. This class covers eating habits, habitats, characteristics and many unique habits. The animal classification will be taught as well. Young learners will be exposed to different parts of the world and geography will be scaffolded into the lesson. Guessing games will be included to allow for higher thinking and hypothesis.
Learning Goals
Students will gain knowledge of various types of animals from different geographical locations. They will develop public speaking confidence through discussions and positive reinforcement.
