Description

Class Experience

Students will identify calming techniques and apply them to everyday scenarios. Students can self-regulate emotions and improve focus during tasks. 
 I am a certified teacher and currently work as a school counselor at a K-5 elementary school. I have created and delivered Social-Emotional Lessons and academic Lessons to K-5th grade.
Materials are described in the class description. Necessary Materials will also be posted each Sunday in the classroom.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
Learns will be informally assessed by teacher observation.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will sometimes be asked to create crafts that may need materials such as, hair gel, beads and pipe cleaner.
