Weekly Story Time And Activities With Our Favorite Cat And Teacher Dianne!

In this on-going class, the students will enjoy a weekly story time about our favorite cat and the many different things that happens in his daily life. There will be a craft activity or science activity after each story. Reading aloud to younger students stimulates their imagination and expands their understanding of the world. It helps them develop language and listening skills and prepares them to understand the written word. I love getting the younger child excited each and every time I read a new story. I let them interact thru movement, sound, making predictions and having discussions about the story in general. Come along and enjoy the fun of reading and having an activity matched appropriately to each story. There will always be a supply list listed in the classroom the week before each book.
