Roblox Gamers Unite! — Gaming and Social Club

Welcome to our Roblox club! 🎉 In this ongoing social club, learners will have the opportunity to engage in weekly meetings to hangout and socialize while playing Roblox in a designated private server owned by us. This means that only the learners who are enrolled in the class will have access to joining whichever games we are playing that day.

Every class will be a little different! At the beginning of each class, we will offer the group four unique game options chosen ahead of time. Sometimes these will include games that have been suggested from learners the previous week. We are very open to learning about new fun games that work well in a class setting such as this! Each learner in the meeting will be asked to vote for two out of the four game options. Then, we will tally up the votes, and the two games with the most votes will be the games that we play throughout the remainder of the class. Usually we spend about 20 - 22 minutes in each game after the voting is finished.

Please keep in mind when enrolling for this class that your learner may not get to play their choice of game every time. Sometimes the kids don't realize that a game may be fun for them to play on their own, but it doesn't always work well for a large group setting. Sometimes the game simply doesn't hold enough people in a server, or perhaps it's a game that requires some time and dedication to be good at. We try to keep the game suggestions that we offer in class easy to pick up and play, regardless of skill level or knowledge. 

Note for parents: Send us a message with your learner's Roblox username before class so that the teacher can add them as a friend ahead of time and we can get started playing right away at the beginning of class. The teacher will need your learner added as a friend so that they can join our private servers in Roblox. 
Additionally, if you have parental controls turned on for your learner's account, please make sure that they are able to join private servers. Occasionally someone will join the class and we will have them friended, but they are still not able to join us in our private servers due to account restrictions from parental controls. So please make sure to check that in the account settings ahead of time if you are unsure!

REFUND POLICY:
No refunds for missed classes, technical difficulties (for example, you are unable to join us in the game for any reason), or other general user error. Our teachers will do our best to help troubleshoot to a certain extent, but if your game is not allowing you to join or you are having other in-game issues, we can't let it take away from the rest of the class's experience. Additionally, we are not responsible if Roblox is down for server maintenance or other reasons. Our teachers will however host the class for the allotted 45 minutes and will provide an alternative activity for the learners. Thank you for your understanding!
