Description
Class Experience
Students may need to finish a project outside of class if they cannot finish it during class time.
Student Materials Needed: *Pencil, Sharpener, Eraser *Stretched Canvas, Canvasboard, Canvas Paper, or Heavy Paper (posterboard, illustration board) - I use 12 x 12 or 11x14 stretched canvas or canvasboard *Acrylic Set - basic colors *Brushes *Water Can *Apron or old shirt *Paper Towels or Napkins *Paper Palette Pad or Paper Plate
Students will self-assess their work verbally with the teacher. We will focus on constructive criticism, how to self-assess, and being resilient in art-making.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
