Introduction to Decimals: • Decimal Place Value • Comparing and Ordering Decimals • Rounding Decimals • Adding and Subtracting Decimals • Multiplication with Decimals • Division with Decimals Whole Number Operations: • Adding up to the Millions • Subtracting up to the Millions • 2 Digit by 2 Digit Multiplication • Long Division with One Digit Divisor Fractions: • Representing Fractions • Adding and Subtracting Fractions • Equivalent Fractions • Simplifying Fractions Data Analysis: • Reading and Representing Data on a Dot Plot • Reading and Representing Data on a Stem and Leaf Plot • Reading and Representing Data on a Frequency Table Geometry • Converting Customary Units of Measurement • Converting Metric Units of Measurement • Describing Angles of Triangles • Classifying Two Dimensional Figures
Teacher will supply curriculum and materials for each week.
In addition to the Outschool classroom, this class uses:
