Description

Class Experience

This fun-filled course will meet once a week for 6 weeks and will allow students to strengthen their math skills through a variety of fun, interactive games and riddles.

Each class will be based on a specific subsection of math.  These include: number sense, measurement, data management and graphing, patterning, and geometry.  

Each class will start with a few riddles or word problems which will promote critical thinking and problem solving skills.  The class will work together to solve the...

Students will strengthen their problem solving skills through math games and riddles.

Please bring the following to class:
- a pencil and some paper (or a whiteboard and whiteboard marker).

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.

35 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
