Class experience
In this ongoing online art course, I will teach creativity. Yes, creativity can be taught and it's a skill that can be learned. Also, I will teach kids a thing or two about the basics of visual language and good design in each class. We will have a new project to work on each week. We will work on it together, step by step. I will encourage the learners to add their unique ideas to the artwork, and each project will be different from the rest. They are free to do something completely...
Students will improve their creativity while learning new drawing and painting skills and completing a masterpiece each week. They will get familiar with the visual elements of composition. They will learn the basics of visual language.
I have a Bachelor's degree in art with an animation concentration. I've worked as a professional artist and designer in various industries, and I'll be happy to guide your learners' creative journey no matter what media they choose.
Have your favorite drawing and painting supply and tools ready for the class. Some examples: Paper and crayon, canvas and paint, iPad and Procreate.
Students are welcome to use any painting and drawing media such as crayons, pencils, acrylic, watercolor, pastel, digital media or mixed media.
