Rotisserie Chicken or Turkey (Shredded)
Cornbread ( Please make cornbread before class) ( I use jiffy mix or krusteaz) 
Chicken Broth
2 Cooked boiled eggs
1 onion 
Pepperidge Farm Herb Season Cubed Stuffing ( You can use your favorite stuffing mix)
Spices ( garlic, onion powder, poultry, pepper, salt)

Pumpkin Pie
1 (15-ounce) can Pumpkin puree
2 Eggs, large
1 tbsp. Pumpkin pie spice
 1 (14-ounce) can Condensed milk, sweetened
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1 unbaked 9-inch deep dish pie shell

1/2 Cup of butter
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
3/4 cup pumpkin puree
1 egg (room temperature)
1/2 cup buttermilk or sour milk
