In this class, we will chat in French on a different subject every week! This class is an ongoing conversation class for learners to practice advanced level conversations, phrases and social skills. It is a full immersion class, so I will traduce as little as possible. Informations: - This class is appropriate for students who have completed their 4th year or higher of French or have similar knowledge. - Students should be able to converse in French almost as well as they would in English. I am here to assist occasionally, but the learner should be able to build sentences with minimal assistance. - I recommend that the learners take notes of phrases and words that are used so they can practice them in future conversations. FORMAT: Every week, I will come up with a different subject to start the conversation, but the learners are always welcome to discuss whatever they want to and propose other subjects! Examples of subjects: animals, ecology, American history, types of book, feminism... Please note the following: VIDEO IS REQUIRED. Students will interact with me and their peers using the microphone and video. In order to ensure the safety of everyone, please ensure that your learner is able to turn on their video. I also ask that it stays on, unless your learner needs to step away. Theme suggestions: Week of October 24: Animals. Week of October 31: Ecology. Week of November 7: Social Media. Week of November 14: Types of book.
