Description
Class Experience
Each week, we will review math concepts including step by step problem solving instructions followed by guided practice. Students may submit problems in advance or bring work to the study group for assistance. This is an ongoing study group - students may join at any time and attend for as many weeks as needed. Class will meet weekly on Sundays. Due to holidays in November and December, some weeks will not have study group during these months. See schedule below: Sunday, Nov 28th Sunday, Dec 12th Sunday, Dec 19th Sunday, Jan 9th Sunday, Jan 23rd Sunday, Jan 30th Sunday, Feb 6th
High School Math Teacher with experience teaching a variety of courses including algebra, probability, statistics, geometry, pre-calc, and advanced math.
No homework will be assigned, but additional practice materials may be provided if needed
Notebook paper Pencil with eraser Calculator
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
55 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
