In this multi- day class, learners will discuss and deconstruct the first episode using well-designed vocabulary, writing and communicative tasks to help you boost up your vocabulary and understand what the main characters say and mean.

US Grade 7 - 10
In this multi day, 5 week class, learners will analyze and break down Episode One of the popular Netflix show, Wednesday, based on the character from The Addams Family. Learners will attend the live class having already watched the episode on their own, and will have already completed the 5 assigned tasks. Learners can expect the live 45 minute class to include lively discussion of the sections of the episode covered by the tasks. Topics might include character descriptions, setting, mood,...
Each week learners will be provided with the tasks to be completed before the live class. These can be printed out or completed digitally in some cases.

It is a requirement for students to watch and find answers within the first episode of Wednesday on Netflix. It is the responsibility of the learner's family to have access to Netflix (subscription) or alternative means to watch the episode. The teacher will NOT be providing access for the learners to watch Wednesday Episode 1. Wednesday is rated 14A, therefore it is deemed suitable for children 14 and up. Viewers younger than 14 should be accompanied by an adult. The show is scary at times and contains some acts of violence. Please ensure you are comfortable with your learner watching Wednesday. Discussion will remain school appropriate.
