Description
Class Experience
In this class, students will become weather investigators and investigate different types of severe weather. We will be investigating the following severe weather: Volcanos, flash floods, tsunamis, and drought. We will also discuss safety measures that students would need to take in order to stay safe during these severe weather moments. We will also discuss how each severe weather is created and what they do. Towards the end of class, we will create a volcano so students can see and learn...
Materials for volcano activity: - small disposable paper cup - playdough - baking soda - vinegar - red food coloring
1 hour per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
