Welcome to Science Class! This class will have a new topic each week where we will explore science topics geared to kindergarten and first grade. We will learn and apply the scientific method to our topic of the week and conduct an experiment or investigation. Each week I will post a printable handout that students can use during class as we make observations, formulate a hypothesis, conduct an experiment or investigation, and draw a conclusion. Students will learn to apply the scientific method to various science topics.
I am a certified teacher and have taught elementary students for the past 10 years.
A two page handout will be provided each week.
50 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
