In this 3 day class over three weeks, students will make 2 different varieties of no churn ice cream and an ice cream cake from ice cream sandwiches that will take your love of cookies and ice cream to the next level!

Class Experience

Students will make two different types of no churn ice cream, as well as a layered ice cream cake from ice cream sandwiches.
Ice cream & Desserts will need extra time in the freezer after class before they are ready to eat. 
 1 file available upon enrollment
A detailed supply list for each day of camp will be provide upon enrollment, but for informational purposes, here are the basics of what is needed for this camp. Hand Mixer/Stand Mixer Heavy Cream Vanilla Extract Sweetened Condensed Milk Blue & Pink Food Coloring (optional) Ice cream sandwiches Oreo or other Chocolate Sandwich cookies Chocolate Chip Cookies Frosted Animal Cookies Hot Fudge Sauce Caramel Sauce Cool Whip Whisk Spoons/Knives Mixing Bowls
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
Students will need to be familiar with using a hand held mixer, or a stand mixer. If unable to do this independently, then students will need to have a parent standing by to help with this portion of the recipe. Students should also be able to use measuring cups (liquid and dry ingredients) as well as measuring spoons.

We will cooking with a variety of ingredients including items that may contain dairy, gluten or may have been manufactured in a facility that also produces items with other known allergens. Please check the ingredients you purchase for this class to make sure they are safe for your child. 

Tools needed for this class include the following, and students should have some familiarity with these items, or have a parent ready to help. 
Hand Mixer/Stand Mixer
Knife/Cutting Board (ingredients can be cut with a table knife)
