Students learn & practice a myriad of well established Eastern/Western principles and techniques involving meditation & the behaviors that are more likely to lead towards happiness, dislodge negativity, visualize worthy goals and more.

Class experience

Teacher holds a B.A. in psychology, summa cum laude from Rollins College; a Master's degree in Liberal Studies; studies in yoga philosophy surrounding the topic of wellbeing and happiness; is certified by Coursera (Yale University) in the Science of Happiness; and has been following the scientific studies on the subject of Happiness for over a decade.   This class combines all of this knowledge in a way that will be help Learners begin to shape their lives in ways that foster more happiness and less down moods.

Learner is encouraged to have a notebook and pen to take notes of the keys of happiness for future reference and a rubber band for re-wiring exercises.
