Important Note: CEFR: B1-B2 and above. Learner will be introduced to the many practices that lead towards inner happiness. The topics covered will include the habits/actions that are more likely to generate feelings & experiences of happiness for an individual. Teacher holds a B.A. in psychology, summa cum laude from Rollins College; a Master's degree in Liberal Studies; studies in yoga philosophy surrounding the topic of wellbeing and happiness; is certified by Coursera (Yale University) in the Science of Happiness; and has been following the scientific studies on the subject of Happiness for over a decade. This class combines all of this knowledge in a way that will be help Learners begin to shape their lives in ways that foster more happiness and less down moods.
