Beginner - Intermediate Level
In this 55 minutes class, the student will learn to draw with a pencil and paint with watercolors. This class is to introduce water color techniques and further the abilities of the student. In each class we will draw and paint something different. Basically, the aim is to put the student's like or imagination on the paper. Student will have a choice to decide what he/she wants to learn. Some examples are landscape, flowers, fairy, sea creatures, animals, etc. What you get from the class: --Using imagination --Learning sketching and painting techniques --Improve concentration/Focus --Improve visual motor coordination --Gain more confidence I will be giving step-by-step instructions. The camera will focus on my drawing and painting so that students can learn by watching. There is no special experience required to join this class. The student will keep the video on all the time to show his/her progress when asked throughout the class. At the end of the class, the student can show his/her artwork to the teacher and can communicate about the artwork that we completed.
Learning Goals
The student will learn to draw a landscape and learn various watercolor painting techniques.
Art is self-expression. In this class a student not only can have fun and express himself/herself through Art but it also helps with fine motor coordination, focus, following directions, listening skills, confidence and the opportunity to practice thinking creatively.

Watercolor paper : 9in.X12in. or larger Pencil Eraser Watercolors Two cups of water to wash brushes Paper towels or a rag to wipe the brushes A set of brushes ( at least a flat brush no.6 and two pointed brushes no.1 and no.3 ) One plain white paper to test colors.

I have twin boys in their tweens! My life is centered around my family and my artwork.
