Class experience
We will explore the beauty of watercolor and create this cluster of trees next to water. Students will learn to control the water to paint mix to achieve multiple colors next to each other. We will discuss what colors to begin a watercolor with, and why shading and hi-lighting are such an important part of a painting. 1 file available upon enrollmentSupply List 8 inch by 10 inch watercolor paper, bowl or water, paper towels, number 12 round brush that comes to a point, 1/2 inch square, flat top brush palette paper (or a watercolor tray or foam plate), Watercolor paint tubes, not the trays. A set is easy to find a craft stores. We will use white, yellow, orange, alizarin crimson(red), purple, blue, green, brown and black.
